The MAAN product warranty covers manufacturing and material defects that occurred during proper use in accordance with the product's intended purpose. Under the warranty, repair or replacement of the product is possible.
A claim will be rejected if the product defect resulted from improper use, wear and tear, mechanical damage, or lack of maintenance.
We process complaints within 14 days of receiving the notification.
Returned, claimed, or exchanged products, together with the completed form, should be handed to a sales representative or delivered to the following address:
